submitted by Erin V. - |Recommended: YesGreat Central Location, Crap Parking — There is no assigned parking unless you pay for it. College students keep moving in and having all of their friends come over to where you have to park over a building away. The apartments are great, I usually don't hear much noise, other than the loud people in the stairwells. Management, maintenance and all staff are great. Responsive, nice, caring. I've lived here for years despite the inconvenience and will continue to live here.

The office staff is prompt in replying to inquiries, questions and concerns, while remaining professional and pleasant. The maintenance crew is also friendly, with a special shout-out to Mario who never passes without a friendly hello. Convenient location with Walgreens and Publix in walking distance. Strongly recommend this community
