|Recommended: YesHome — I've lived here for 15 years and the best thing about Parkcrest at the Lakes is the office staff. If there is an issue or problem they will be more than happy to assist you. The location here is close to public transportation, shopping and Gulf Coast Hospital There are too many things to mention and my cozy bedroom is calling me

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — Besides being a great community, I'm happy to live here. The only issue I have is that I have loud neighbors. That sometimes choose to speak in front of my door and it's annoying.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Move-In Experience — I had such a great interaction with the leasing team. They were very helpful, they kept in contact with me, and they were extremely transparent with the process and what was expected of me to ensure that my move-in was as smooth as possible. The community is very clean, the neighbors are very nice, the location is great, and the amenities are amazing. I'm hoping to call Parkcrest my home for a very long time.

|Recommended: YesSo Happy With My Move To These Apartments — I was thinking that in the weekends it would get really noisy but it did not. I love how calm the area is and I love to walk my dog. The overall process went so smoothly and the staff were so great at answering all of my questions. I could not be happier.
