|Recommended: NoNot Okay — A lot cars that don't have parking stickers park on the property and I have to park my car 2 blocks away from my apartment. I do even have a sticker on my car.

I recently moved into Parkcrest May 6, 2022 it has been a welcomed change from my last apartment experience. I have been a resident of Lee county since 1988. Thank you to the staff a special shout out to Mario Maintenance man for always saying hello

|Recommended: YesFantastic Location — Parkcrest at the lakes location is 15 minutes from RSW -Fort Myers airport. 1 mile from Twins spring training stadium . 5 miles from Boston Red Sox spring training stadium. Less than ten miles away from 5 golf courses-I've played them all .. The maintenance staff is fantastic--quick to respond to any problem and quick to resolve-special shoutout to whistling Mario who is an absolute maintenance wizard Friendly staff-no attitudes here
The grass is cut weekly and physical plant well-maintained .The office staff led by Yelena is quite friendly and knowlegable. To improve they could use new aluminum car port covers for buildings 7-11 which i am told are a future possibility. Pricing is fair for the area. Not too high not to low. The physical beauty of the grounds definitely stand out. I visited 19 units in Naples Fort Myers and NONE were as nice. Three lakes with duck families and swans - birds of all types ...blue jays ..cardinals...and yes a few crows... and squirrles galore live on the grounds. The property is pet -friendly with dog parks and two tennis courts as well. A community pool with jacuzzi and barbeque is quite convenient and pretty . A small gym is available daily, Great garbage pickup and easy mail delivery. The property is generally quiet in the mornings -especially compared to New York where I moved from. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful here. Most importantly- you are only yards away from lee county hospital and emergency room. What more could you want
