|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I enjoy living at Parkcrest at the Lakes. Great, central location. Grounds always look good. For such a dog friendly community, I wish there were sidewalks. Also, the sprinklers spray your cars at night, so really my only complaints.

|Recommended: YesMove In — I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my apartment. The location is sublime with so many options very close around me. I dont have to go very far to run errands as well as being so close to my own work.. The staff has been extremely accommodating in every aspect of my move in and I couldn't be happier. Honestly I hope I never have to move again unless its to a bigger apartment. Very very happy with my choices on this move. And I font even have all the upgrades this community offers

|Recommended: YesGreat Community, But Could Use Some Work. — To go down the ranking, parking is usually good. There might be sometimes, like on holidays, that the parking is full, but for the most part, is acceptable. The noise is something we have had issues with for a while. Our neighbor's slam doors, open patio doors, bang on walls, seemingly at all hours of the night. We also have neighbors that feel it necessary to slam the front doors, shaking the whole apartment.
The grounds are kept nice, and usually, the grass is well maintained. Construction quality can be hit or miss, and maintenance can be as well. Sometimes we get things fixed right away, like with AC issues, but others, like our hallway tile, its been 3 months, and it is still pending with no one coming out to even look at it.
The property staff has always been helpful and kind. I would recommend this complex, and have, to friends and family. I also want to say that Mario is one of the best staff this place has, he is always polite and kind, and just a joy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions.

|Recommended: YesClean, Affordable, Quiet, Lovely Place — This is my first apartment experience ever, and it has been quiet enjoyable. I love the overall look of the place. The lake is right outside my building and I love it. The office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and help you out whenever you need it. Love this place
